Sketches from the past!

The title of this post seems a bit ambiguous but, I could not think of a better title, for this post I intend to share a few of my sketches which I had probably done in my early college days.

One of the rituals I follow when I visit home is to go through all my belongings which includes a lot of things which many might think unnecessary and unwanted for. I have a small file wherein I have kept my first mobile bill, old cards which I had received from my friends in school and college days, old letters from friends during the time when there was no internet and many such things which I do not need now. Yet, I can't bring myself to throw them away because they have sweet memories attached to it. While I was going through all my little treasure, I chanced upon my old sketches.

It was then I decided to share them on this blog and here they are!

Thank you for stopping by! Cheers!

Another Sketch and some pictures!!

This space has been silent for a few days now as I didn't really have an book review or a recipe to post. I haven't picked up a new book(as I haven't finished the last ones) so I am skipping the Teaser Tuesday this week.

I have been seeing such beautiful paintings and art work on Bhargavi's Blog and was tempted to post one of my little sketching. If you have seen them yet just check it now.

Well, this little sketch isn't really a good work. But, I just wanted to post something ;-)!

Well, if this black and white sketch isn't looking that impressing then, here are some colourful ones for you!Last weekend was a long bank holiday weekend and the weather was nice and pleasant. So, we had been to the National Botanical Gardens here. I got to take a lot of pictures and here are a few pictures.

This one is my favourite! I have not seen Tulips of this variety before!

I love this one too! Isn't it colourful!

And last one!
I will be posting a few more beautiful pictures tommorow for Wordless Wednesday. Till then take care! Thanks for stopping by! Cheers

Some of my sketchs!

As a child I loved drawing and sketching. But, I lost touch with it as I became more and more involved with my studies. Recently, I got inspired by a friend (her sketchs are awesome) and thought of trying my hands on it again. I sketched a couple of them recently and I am sharing two of them today..
I am glad I did some sketching after a long time!
