#5 Teaser Tuesdays

After a break  last week, I am back with a teaser this tuesday. This comes from the book, The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks.

'Blaze studied the table top, toying with the pile of salt. When Ronnie didn't answer Marcus rose from the table and headed for the door without turning back'

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page

BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! Share the title & author, too, so that others can add the book to their TBR Lists!

  2. I haven't liked the couple of Nicholas Sparks books that I've read, but this one appeals to me. I keep wondering if I should try it.

Here's my teaser from On Writing by Stephen King.

  4. Aha, another Nicholas Sparks on the TT :)
How do you like it? I'm not a fan of his writing, as it is typically too mellow and slow for me.
